1. About LIMIX Technologies
LIMIX Technologies ("Limix", "we", "our", "us") provides AI automation, IT solutions, and managed technology services to small and medium businesses. We operate at limix.online. Contact: support@limix.online.
2. Services
LIMIX Technologies provides the following categories of services:
- AI workflow automation design and implementation
- AI chatbot development and deployment
- Cold email outreach system setup and management
- Managed IT support and monitoring
- CRM integration and configuration
- Lead generation system setup
- Cybersecurity assessment and monitoring (LIMIX Shield)
- AI voice calling system setup (via Twilio and ElevenLabs)
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon in writing (via proposal or service agreement) before work begins.
3. Payments & Refunds
- All pricing is quoted in the applicable currency (USD for US clients, INR for Indian clients) and confirmed before engagement
- Setup fees are due upon project commencement. Monthly retainer fees are due at the start of each billing period
- Refund eligibility is determined by the outcome guarantee stated in your specific service agreement
- Where a "results or refund" guarantee is offered, the specific conditions and measurement criteria are defined in writing at the time of sale
- No refunds are issued for services already delivered and accepted by the client
4. Client Responsibilities & API Billing
For us to deliver results, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate business information, access credentials, and materials required for project delivery
- Maintain active accounts and billing methods for third-party platforms utilized in the project (including Twilio, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Make.com, Zapier, and CRM suites)
- Pay all direct API usage and subscription fees charged by these third-party platforms (Company is not responsible for workflow interruptions due to unpaid third-party balances)
- Review and approve work within agreed timelines to avoid project delays
- Maintain the security of any login credentials or API keys shared with them as part of project delivery
- Not use LIMIX-built systems for illegal, deceptive, or spam activities
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients own the custom deliverables (automation scripts, chatbot configurations, email sequences) built specifically for their project
- LIMIX Technologies retains ownership of our internal tools, proprietary frameworks, agent systems, and platform infrastructure
- We may showcase anonymised project outcomes in our marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing
6. Outreach, SMS & Voice Compliance (TCPA & CAN-SPAM)
When providing cold email, automated SMS, or AI voice calling services:
- Client warrants and represents that all phone numbers and emails provided to LIMIX for outreach campaigns have explicit, TCPA-compliant written consent from the recipients
- Client assumes full liability and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LIMIX Technologies from any third-party claims, lawsuits, or statutory fines arising from TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or telemarketing regulatory violations
- All outreach emails include a functional unsubscribe / opt-out mechanism
- Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours
- LIMIX will not continue outreach to any contact that has explicitly opted out
7. Data & Confidentiality
- We treat all client business information, credentials, and data as strictly confidential
- We do not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties except where required to deliver the agreed service (e.g. sending emails via Hostinger SMTP)
- Upon project completion or termination, client data is deleted from our systems within 90 days unless a longer retention period is agreed
- We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request before project commencement
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- LIMIX Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
- Our total cumulative liability for any claim is strictly limited to the fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim
- We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes beyond the explicit guarantees stated in individual service agreements
- AI Output & Action Disclaimer: AI agents (including voice, chat, and email engines) rely on generative models and may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended outputs or actions. The client assumes sole responsibility for reviewing, monitoring, and supervising all AI actions and content. LIMIX Technologies is not liable for any statements, commitments, contracts, or errors made by automated AI agents during client campaigns or operations.
- Clients are responsible for the business decisions they make based on our automation systems or recommendations
9. Service Termination
- Either party may terminate a monthly retainer with 30 days written notice
- One-time project agreements terminate upon delivery and acceptance of deliverables
- LIMIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if a client violates these Terms, particularly around illegal use or spam
- Upon termination, any unpaid fees for work completed remain due
10. Website Use
You may access limix.online for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our website
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code via our contact or chat systems
- Impersonate LIMIX Technologies or its representatives
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction agreed upon in your individual service agreement.
